Welcome to the Grand Hotel Moderne et Pigeon
Built in 1501, it was initially a convent, and then the private residence of the Souvigny family, parents of the Comptesse Du Barry, before finally, at the end of the 19th century, becoming a noted hotel of its time. Frescoes from the 17th century, a preserved stained glass panel and a remarkable stair case remain the highlights of the building.
Today, our charming hotel offers 13 rooms and suites, complete with mini bar, air conditioning, marble bathrooms and free Wi-Fi as well as 2 dining options, with the same commitment to high quality food based on fresh, seasonal and mostly local products.
Our team believes that your stay, meeting or special occasion at Hotel Moderne et Pigeon will be a very special one.
Allow us to show you how!
